P.C.S. has been in business since 1999 (that's 22+ years). This is a family-owned business passed down from generation to generation. The founder Vernice Bratton born and raised in St. Louis Missouri built this business in 1999. After graduating at the top of her class at Webster University with a bachelor's degree, also becoming a Soror of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. Vernice was also initiated into the St. Louis Alumni chapter followed by becoming a charter member of the St. Louis' chapter of 100 black women. Two years later in 1988 Vernice was among nearly 40,000 Deltas as they celebrated the 75th anniversary at the National Diamond-Jubilee convention in San Francisco.
